Which one is better? I've been hearing talk about both these places a lot lately, but are they worth their prices?

Ask to bag up your chips and salsa, and they'll just bring you a whole new fuckhueg bag of chips and fresh salsa. Honestly haven't been to Applebee's since 2008, but last time I was there, I found a whole rat in my cobb salad.
