So what does ck prefer between those established classics from the 80s and 90s , or the newer fan favorites from around the 2010s to now? We all will agree the early - mid 00s er was greatest with the introduction of the chalupas and gorditas, cheesey gordita crunch, chicken/steak quesadilla, crunch wrap supreme, grilled stufft burrito, the godly baja sauce, etc. One thing I noticed while putting this image together, is you can see a clear identity shift. Taco Bell classic is much more defined by the zesty flavor of red sauce, while modern goes for a creamy dominant combo of nacho cheese and sour cream
>>22046317doesn’t matter whether I enjoy it or not, whatever it is, gonna be on the menu for 3 months and then it’s gone. wouldn’t be surprised if they took tacos off the menu at this point. you have to be buddhist to be a fan of taco bell. was it like this back then too?
>>22046329No that started heavily id say in the 00s, that's when Taco Bell really started focusing on swapping out new promotions all the timeThey had limited things before like the volcano items and grilled stufft etc, but it wasn't like half the menu

>>22046317They should bring the enchirito back. Then maybe I'd eat taco bell twice a year.
Muttslop, the thread
>>22046725Taco Bell successfully operates in 30 countries worldwide. Try that one on for size you racist bitch.
>>22046317All taco bell assistant managers are sluts and whores
>>22046317They have their red enchilada sauce back for the dipping tacos. I don't know if they used it on anything else. Also, its been so long since I had an enchirito that I can't tell if its the same sauce.
>>22046317ive never eaten at a restaurant enough to be this aware of what they sell or how its changed over time. its completely alien to me.
Mexicans and Mexican food is looked down upon in the United States. If you don't believe me, watch the south park episode cherokee hair tampons. No one eats Mexican food unless they are Mexican themselves or extremely poor.
>>22046317I miss border bowls.
in the 90s my goto was ye olde chili cheese burrito which was cheap as dirt back in the day so I'd get a bunch. i stopped going to taco bell for literally decades when they took it off the menustarted up again randomly a few years ago when I found out the taco bell by my house had Kickstart (the mountain dew thing) in their fountain, so i'd swing through fairly often for a few value menu items and a large kickstart. then they took the kickstart away and now i'm back to not going to taco bellin another 20 years i'll give them another shot
del taco
>>22046905That's only true among baby boomers and early Gen XLate Gen x and millennials love nachos and tacos, it's the premier punk/metal skateboard bmx food

i went to taco bell and got those dessert empanadas, they gave me double the amount for free, fresh out the fryer, for reasons unknown
>>22046317Classic> 00s > nowDon't get me wrong I like plenty new items but you're right about the nacho cheese and sour cream dominatrix
