Got some australian wagyu. Local farm imported some cows and kept them purebred. It had a taste kinda' like an applewood smoked bacon I had once.

I probably wont have it again, at least the ribeye, because I'm not a huge fan of that taste, but it was very soft after I let it temper, and very tender.
