Not certain, but I think it might be Australian Wagyu. How do cook this without fucking it up?
It's a steakGive it a sear, throw it in the oven until the internal temp reaches the desired level of doneness. If you've got a grill even better, same process. Give it a sear on open flames, move to indirect heat until desired internal temp is reached. Season with salt + pepper at a minimum.You can go for various spices rubs or keep it just simple. With that quality of meat I usually just do salt + pepper, MAYBE a bit of garlic powder. If you don't have a proper meat thermometer, git gud.
