I swear to God, every time when I buy a product, the ones containing preservatives like sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate taste inferior to the ones not using them, whether that's a fruit molasses, a fermented drink or whatever. And it's not a nocebo, since I usually buy like four different products of the same kind, taste them and then figure things out looking at the ingredients.I don't know the relationship, but that's my observation
