I went out on a date with this girl the other night at an italian restaurant. Was cravin some carbonara so that’s what I ordered. However, when the dish came out, I realized it lacked the creaminess that carbonara usually has; this one tasted almost dry. I pointed this out to my date, and she gave me a weird look. She tried a bite of it and told me it tasted fine. I told the dumb bitch that carbonara is supposed to be creamy, it’s how I’ve always had it at other establishments. She argued that authentic carbonara typically doesn’t have cream, and as this was an authentic italian restaurant, they only used egg and cheese. We argued for quite a while and I could only tolerate eating a couple bites of my plate. Needless to say, there isn’t going to be a second date. I’m not interested in going out with retards with zero culinary acumen. Pic related
