>>22058040Genuinely have no idea how breast meat came to be more desirable than thighs/drumsticks. You have to cook it perfectly for it to even be edible. Most of the time it tastes like sawdust. Meanwhile dark meat you can cook it as long as you want and it just gets better up to a point.
