Sure they put back in nutrients sometimes(sometimes not) but it's articifial nutrients usually. Our bodies metabolize natural viramins and minerals much better generally. Overtime this can cause long term health effects such as: Obesity, heart problems, neurological problems, eye problems, gut problems, etc etc. tldr; Just eat whole foods, you'll feel a whole lot better than someone who eats factory junk all the time.
If these were made without 50000 additives, they would probably be more healthy than "prime" meat cuts, because grizzle and stuff is actually good for you, just gross.
