Never had them. As a resident of a neighboring euro country I do feel quite disappointed that British cuisine is really not a thing in these regions. I have made myself fish n' chips before and loved it. Much better than fries with a side of fucking frikandel or something. I'd love to try me some shepherd's pie.

It's not a thing for a reason mate.

I know the British cuisine "meme" but like Germany is looked down upon culinarily and you can have German foods all over the continent. I mentioned shepherd's pie because it actually looks really appetizing. Unlike say, football fries with peas and gravy or something.

One thing I trule can't not give brits credit for is the Cumberland sauce. In my family we make it for Easter every year. For cold cuts and pâté it's 100% certified GOAT

I prefer munt
>>
>>22060528
I've never heard of this sauce but it looks interesting. what the go, is this for any cold cut or are things like salami not appropriate? I'm thinking ham and roast beef... what about shrimps or chicken tendies?
>>
>>22060589
Well it's our easter tradition and we're Polish in Poland so we eat it with various locals smoked hams, turkey, kindziuk, sausages meant to be eaten cold so usually dried, salceson, pâté and for my vegetarian mom celery root pâté which is weirdly good and goes really well with Cumberland as well. As for the cold cuts from romantic countries I'm not sure. Prosciutto cotto definitely but the italian spiced sausages or the aged hams have a very different flavor profile and I never tried them with Cumberland. You can try it and let us know. I have a hunch that that it might be too many different pungeant flavors.

I might add it to my list for an upcoming holiday. I usually bake a ham or turkey and this would seemingly suit both. I likely would avoid really strongly seasoned sausage though, seems like a waste of a nice sauce.

Thanks anon

I Love Faggots

Ah, you're one of those Brits who is a net drain on our society but at the same has entitlement to everything and complains everything is bad but also refuses to create anything good himself.

How about you fuck off to another country and don't come back if you hate it so much? Nobody is going to miss your miserable fucking lump.

Pudding refers to the shape of the cooking vessel.

A steak and kidney pudding is cooked in a pudding basin, despite it being a meat dish. A sticky toffee pudding is cooked also in a pudding basin, despite being strictly a dessert.

Perhaps you should do your research before before you spout some shit. You're as ignorant as the people you began to hate, and now I have to pick up the pieces.

There are probably a thousand YouTube videos about how to make it
On a scale of 0 - 10 the effort to make it is a 1 or 2
>>
>>22062280
1 or 2 really? just as easy as making a hot pocket?

Munt is so good. I remember eating munt at Old Willy's Munt and Gravy in East End. Aged, pungeant yet still juicy and fleshy, delicious meat.
