>>22060589Well it's our easter tradition and we're Polish in Poland so we eat it with various locals smoked hams, turkey, kindziuk, sausages meant to be eaten cold so usually dried, salceson, pâté and for my vegetarian mom celery root pâté which is weirdly good and goes really well with Cumberland as well. As for the cold cuts from romantic countries I'm not sure. Prosciutto cotto definitely but the italian spiced sausages or the aged hams have a very different flavor profile and I never tried them with Cumberland. You can try it and let us know. I have a hunch that that it might be too many different pungeant flavors.
