I am forced to bake something sweet using coconut oil for someones birthday and I am loosing my mind over it. I want something that isn't just a substitute recipe for the superior cooking fat butter. If possible it also shouldn't be baked too hot (like 200c/400f). Anyone have any ideas or has been baking with it?
