What is some IRL bufffood?
Perks have to be immediate, can't be some esoteric bullshit about eating this veggie for 2 years and you'll gain 1 year of life

Caffeine comes closest I guess, also I do feel pretty good after eating broccoli, but I can't really tell what stats it increases so I'm going for a +4 on all stats.

"Added testosterone is only legally permitted in beef and lamb production. In countries like the U.S., producers use hormone implants to increase livestock growth efficiency." I wonder how many supposed health effects of a beef diet come from the testosterone.

People are so pissy, were people this pissed about the Google search engine? Cause this is basically a better search engine that can hallucinate stuff and unreliably perform tasks.

I believe alcohol at least raises your spirit stat.
Spinach also seems to be a contender, because placebo at the very least. But I havent had it in a while

Any fat - +2 to survival checks in cold climates (gradual effect, must be consumed for a period of time before takes effect).

if I were talking to you irl and every question you asked, you whipped out your phone and asked gpt, I would walk away from you

Apparently garlic has several buffs, but only if you chomp down on enough fresh garlic all at once to make like 5 meals.
And it comes with the debuff of making you smell like garlic.

>>22060586
The only reason It's a "better" search engine is because they intentionally made search engines worse. Once upon a time google search actually worked and provided the results you actually wanted.

Wasabi or horseradish can clean up your nostrils in an instant. There are some foods are decent laxatives, so not really buffs more like defub removers.

Haven't thought about the stuffy nostril cleanse.

Not even sure that's what's going on.
The Internet used to be very diverse. You searched for anything and you'd come to forums, hobby pages. Lots of labors of love and dedication. It was very easy to find some random university professor's page on whatever niche thing he was researching. Whatever you wanted, you'd probably find quality info easily.
But those people aren't investing millions into SEO because their goal is to share, not to profit from traffic.
Nowadays you search for anything and you gotta dig through thousands of trash results. AI made websites, article sites that are now AI but were still just mass produced trash before AI came around. Shops offering you stuff that share a keyword with whatever you're searching for. The usual suspects sharing whatever random shit with matching keywords (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Etsy...), nowadays also mostly AI generated instead of at least some kind of version of the actual thing.

When was the last time you came across a page that was a pure labor of love? Awful wallpaper, shitty menu, a shitload of high quality information from an expert, absolutely 0 care about SEO, no monetization at all other than maybe a small ads banner out of the way that's obviously plugged in by the hoster and is not the author's fault.
They just can't compete against the 1000d "was this written by AI or an army of Indian ghost writers?" word salad site that treats content as a way to game search engines into bringing you there.
The Internet has always been made of the in the void. But they used to be stars and lighthouses, and now they're mostly anglerfish trying to catch you.

in electronic interactive video-based games, there are often food items that apply "buffs" or "debuffs", i.e. increase the "stats" (numbers go up) of the "player character".
OP is asking if there are foods irl (in "real" life) that provide similar "stat boosts" that help (You) affect the world more better, and/or be affected by the world less badder

Alcohol is a debuff to every stat across the board. Having quite a few arm wrestling matches against drunk people I can tell you that it does not buff STR. Not being a drinker myself, it also does not buff CHA. Have you ever spoken with a drunk person when not drunk? Probably not, I am guessing. It makes you dumber so you do stupid shit like shoot your shot with someone you normally wouldn't. Thing is, they have been drinking too. So they do stupid shit like fuck someone they normally wouldn't. And because you are stupid you think it buffs CHA.

Yeah but I love slutty horny women so when they’re drunk coming onto me I actually do love it. Granted I’m always drunk too.

You’re right that drunk men and, especially, women are a fucking chore to be around.

If you drink at least a liter of beet juice you'll get a severely elevated heartrate if you go to the bathroom doing 1 and 2 and then looking into the bowl.

Download and use TOR and you'll be back to how it used to be for the most part. The problem is most people would rather just start a subreddit.

Definitely a +str/+stam food they're making warriors over there in Istanbul

Drink enough of it and you get a blessing of protection. Ever wonder why drunk drivers walk away with scratches and sobers die a painful death in crashes?

Ever notice drunk college kids can fall off a roof and basically be okay? Yeah.
