Have you ever had pig brain that was good? How was it done? I tried making it in scrambled eggs and I strongly disliked it but in general I like offals so maybe there's a better way.

>>22061408There has never been a single case of prion disease recorded in agricultural swine. While pigs can be infected (and have been in lab settings) it just doesn't happen on the farm and feed lot and I don't know why (mostly because I'm not 100% on how it spreads outside of eating infected nerve tissue).
