Have you ever had pig brain that was good? How was it done? I tried making it in scrambled eggs and I strongly disliked it but in general I like offals so maybe there's a better way.
>>22060701Gross
>>22060706It is, yes.
Blitz with mince. Make emulsified sausage. Yes, it's offal but it could be even wurst.

>>22060701Brain is good but it's definite a case of less is more. It's very rich.I like it fried on toast.
>>22060701I've only eaten it in China, usually when having hotpot. It's really about the sauce you use, as it will absorb whatever you eat it with.

>>22060701Human brain is better
>>22060730>MinceFuck on, EuroGOD
>>22060701i think all the brain i've ever had was poached to retain softnessit was good flavor-wise but a really strangely soft texture which i guess is the point
I don't think it'll ever be worth the risk of prion disease.
>>22061408You could try it if you live to 80 because it usually takes 10+ years to cause symptoms.
>>22060701Won't that make you shake like an African?
>>22060730Fuck off europoor
>>22061408There has never been a single case of prion disease recorded in agricultural swine. While pigs can be infected (and have been in lab settings) it just doesn't happen on the farm and feed lot and I don't know why (mostly because I'm not 100% on how it spreads outside of eating infected nerve tissue).
