I've been to prison and a spread is the most popular prison food. The base is always top ramen but only enough water is used to cook the noodles and they should only be cooked enough to be malleable, sometimes even a slight crunch is preferred. Sliced pickles, summer sausage, cheetos, and tapatio are the most popular additions.
I made a prison loaf cook-along about ten years ago. I'll see if I can find screenshots of it.
