How sustainable is a diet made fully of spinach with cream, chicken breast, sauerkraut, eggs, blueberries, olive oil, avocado, nuts, kefir and sardines? I want to lose some body fat and I find these to be the best options I've got both money and nutrient-wise

Exercise is as important as diet when it comes to losing weight. When I cut I eat 1900 calorie OMADs consisting of ribeye steak, whey isolate powder, unsweetened coconut milk and frozen cauliflower for six days a week, with my longest stretch of that being four months to get to the size clothes I wanted to wear, and hop back on if they're starting to get tight.
