What do you put in your egg salad? I’m on a bender.

>inb4 yuropoors screech about mayonnaise
There is no mayonnaise in this picture.

Eggs
Greek Yogurt
Diced Red Onion
Dijon Mustard
Dill Relish
Dill
Pepper

Sometimes I add celery seed.

it's been a while but uhh just enough mayo to dissolve the egg yolks then vinegar, garlic powder, mustard powder, pinch of sugar, msg. Raw vegetables go on the side as palate cleansers, but my ideal egg salad itself has no crunchy bits in it. Additional condiments may be added on a sandwich by sandwich basis such as spreading dijon on the bread or sprinkling with dill but these are my core ingredients.
