Fine day, Sunday. In my opinion, best day of the week. Why is that anon?

>>22064760Nooo....It's because I break my fast today. I cooked homemade pistachio pudding. Here are my ingredients.
The longest part was opening the 8ozs of pistachio shells. I put them together with the last two vanilla beans and smashed them with a hammer.
I tripled the recipe I found on the back of the cornstarch package. The agave, vanilla beans, and heavy whipping cream were making it my own spin.
Here it is all cooked up. Not the prettiest pig in the pasture, but it tastes on the up and up all the same.I have been fasting six days a week, every week, drinking only water and only eating on Sundays since Lent started in February. I weighed 222 this morning and I expect to be at 232 by tonight. I've lost 98 lbs and have 62 more pounds to go for my goal weight of 160. Fuck, I was so close to being under 220. Next week for sure.
Sunday is my weigh-in day and I get tosee how much weight I’ve lost over the week. :>
>>22064763Hell yeah sunday op, i can’t wait to see that pud
>>22064768You’re not going to learn better eating habits by fasting like this. As soon as you try to return to a more normal eating pattern, you’re going to balloon up again.
>>22064758Enough anon.
>>22064758>cus it's goon all day Sunday?>right you are, Harry>camera pans out>uncle Vernon is sitting with his trousers around his ankles on the couch, gooning

I don't even eat that much anymore on Sundays.>As soon as you try to return to a more normal eating pattern, you’re going to balloon up again.I'll die before I let that happen.>>22064842LMAO Never fails to make me laugh.
>fast for a week>eat 15k calories in a single dayyou are NGMI
>>22064859205. Was 235 as the beginning of the year, which was the heaviest I've ever been. Also also been down to 120 before and it was miserable (it wasn't by choice). Right now I'm just shooting for 200, once I get there I'll re-evaluate and figure out where I want to stop.
>>22064796>>22064898>pic related>>22064903Nice. What have you been eating/cooking?
>>22064930Honestly mostly what I was eating before, mostly home cooked meals. The main change is actually keeping track of caloric intake and learning to portion things better. Main dietary changes are reducing carbs and fats, but not going so far as to exclude them entirely. Also subbing greek yogurt into a lot of recipes, which surprisingly works well in most cases.
>>22064758Try making pimento cheese spread or whatever
>>22064859>LMAO Never fails to make me laugh.God bless, just had the best laugh too
>>22064758>why is that?No post on Sundays.
