>get one of these to snack on for the weekend>finish the entire bag within 1 hour> sick as fuck for the next 48 hoursevery time
yeah i'm like this too, this is why i don't buy snacks anymore, I'll inhale the whole bag and suffer the next several days
>>22065639>1 hourWhy so slow, pussy?
>>22065639why the fuck do you do it then
>>22066359OP is probably obese and spends every minute not working high on doobies
>>22065639>>22065753also getting to this point. If I can't get them tiny portion bags, I don't. Snyders pretzels come in 100 calorie bags and I can inhale 2 of those and feel full, and that's better than any amount of doritos.
You're supposed to pour them into a bowl or something so that you don't absentmimdedly eat like a pig
I used to do this every friday, boy was it fun passing out on the couch after devouring two bags of doritos
>>22066420gonna start telling my coworkers this when they ask about my plans for the weekend
>>22065639I had one of these bags with a bottle of nesquik for breakfast on my 18th birthday. I got so damn fat that year.
>>22065639Sick for two days from eating a big bag of Doritos? That isn't normal. It sounds like you might a failing liver, gallbladder, or pancreas.
>>22065639>>22065753Are the snacks just poison or does this just happen when you get +-30 years old? A bag of seasoned chips or some pringles or something and you'll feel like you just ate chili powder, a desiccant, and a laxative.
>>22067187>more than two ingredients
>>22067187it's probably the salt and oil for the most part. a party size bag of doritos has about 1/2 cup of oil and 1.5 tsps of salt. it's also really dry so you'll end up a bit dehydrated from it.
>>22065639>party sizeParty of one maybe
>>22066359he's retarded and fat. a common case for many /ck/ posters
>>22065753yeah same
>>22065639>eat 9 servings of a snack in one hour>feel sick>complain
>>22067187It's a fuckton of calories and carbs, you're gonna eat like the equivalent of 64 tortillas and then lay on your ass watching tiktok, your body has no use for that much chemical energy so your metabolism goes into overdrive trying to get rid of it by turning it into fat
>>22066359tastes good man
>>22066419>implying i can't eat absentmindedly out of a bowl
>>22068160I think they meant putting a single portion into a bowl and then only eating that.
You need balance. Make some popcorn, have a bunch of nuts or gummies. Be sure to have adequate soda to aid digestion.
>>22068184Seems like a rather small amount of Doritos for the average person.
I'm the same with any kind of gummy candy.Oh I bought a fucking POUND of import gummies to last a week? Oops they're all gone by day two.
>>22068184Portion sizes are so fucked up nowadays. I'll get a box of mac and cheese and it's 5 servings in a box with each serving being like 3 spoonfuls. Chips are the same, I've seen what looks to be a normal size bag of chips with 2.5 servings inside. Who the fuck is measuring out 40% of the bag to eat in a sitting?
>>22069674A serving is when I get sick.
>>22069674Nobody does, I'm convinced 30oz bags of Doritos exist to speedrun diabetes and bolster the medical industrial complex in managed decline care. It's so easy to eat the whole bag in a day or two and it's the equivalent of eating like 80 tortillas, basically 2-3 days of caloric energy.
Life Hack OTD: Use Doritos to scoop up curry leftovers the next day. Almost as good as naan bread. Also, since most of the gravy is likely gone, you can use sour cream to loosen the curry sauce up a bit (works better for cream-based curries: saag, makhani, etc.).
>>22065639Yeah no shit, that has to be a fuck load of sodium you are ingesting in one sitting. 2x your daily recommended intake with the party size. And you sure as fuck are consuming WAY more because you are eating/drinking other stuff with it. >>22067131Dude ate over a pound of chips, 2x his salt intake, and wonders why he feels like shit. >>22067187OP said party pack. That is over a pound of chips. OP is not talking a normal ass serving of a few oz of chips. Depending on where he got the party pack, that is like 18 to 20 oz of chips.
>>22065639For me it’s an 8 oz bag of potato chips. Switched 10 years ago once I realized the corn based snacks have essentially 0 nutrition and make me feel bad. It’s been a long time since I had a full bag though.Go for the kettle cooked ones or low sodium ones. Those usually have half the sodium and better crunch. Ruins your mouth if you eat too fast though. 8 oz bag is about 1200 calories so it can take the place of a meal.
>>22071986>Go for the kettle cooked ones or low sodium onesIf you're making bad decisions and binging might as well commit all the way rather than leave unsatisfied with the "healthy" alternatives.
>>22071988I actually think the kettle cooked and low sodium ones are better to binge but ymmv. More salt and flavor taste quite different when you have a raw mouth from all the oil and abrasive food. Also never been unsatisfied but it’s been 10 years since I binged flamin hot Cheetos and cool ranch Doritos.
>>22071988NTA, but kettle cooked is superior. I love dat crunch. Low sodium can eat a dick, though.
