Real bakeries don't sell fried food because they don't have a frierFocaccia (square pizza in the bot left of OP Pic) is italywide tradition, in Sicily everything is fried eggplant, so you'll probably find Margherita pizza with fried eggplants on top (called Sicilian style)You also have the same pizza bread with no toppings and only salt oil maybe rosmary/oregano. They fill them with everythingFor dessert side, the classics are cannoli(fried cone filled with ricotta cheese worked with sugar), cassata (a pie with this ricotta la mixture), and granita(shaved ice + syrup) I eat everything and go into a diabetic coma

>>22069397They opened a bake caffe near my aunt's house a couple of months ago but it was mostly dollar and a half and 2 bucks bread and donuts, the latter were called "las chilas" which was just chocolate cookie filled inside donuts and chocolate glaze over cinnamon rolls" basically bad bakery but they had some decent rectangular donut cake for cheap........Now they closed because everyone is getting BfuckOut by our corrupt leftists governor's.
