80/20 ground beef
add egg, garlic powder, worcestershire sauce, mustrard
salt, crushed black pepper, onion powder, a bit of red chili flakes
mix and form patties

Get some blue cheese and mild the burger around it. Prep the meat with salt and a dash of soy sauce. Toast the inners of the buns and slop on some mayo. Make some fries and put a jizz of mayo on the plate for dips. If youre vegan just sub out with vegan meat and vegan mayo and vegan blue cheese. Yum!

.3lb 80/20 beef
salt
red onion
jalapeno
sugar
vinegar
water
ketchup
mustard
cheddar cheese
lettuce and tomato if you need it

mix 2/3 cup water, 2/3 cup vinegar, 1 tbsp salt, 1tbsp sugar and add julienned red onion and jalapeno. soak for 30+ minutes and that's your quick pickle red onion and jalapeno

ball up the meat and mash it flat and thin between two pieces of foil or paper. salt the top and slap it down onto a 7/10 hot pan and cook without moving it for 8 minutes. Flip it and do the other side for just as long, adding cheese on top a couple minutes before it's done.

Toast the buns if you want. Ketchup on the top bun, mustard on the bottom bun. Pickled red onion and jalapeno on the top bun, burger on the bottom bun.
