Knife thread
What knives are /ck/ working with right now? Any new purchases?
I got my first carbon steel knife, an aogami 2 stainless steel clad (i am a coward) that I'm excited about but I'm not sure if I'll be able to use it professionally or not, I don't know if I'm careful enough.
Also I really want a deba but it'd probably be wasted on me like most specialty knives are.
Anyone here thin knives? I've been thinning behind the edge and I've noticed that I've started to apex and form a burr
