Normally I just toss half an onion and extra mozz on this type of frozen zah, but I ran out of (low mositur)mozz and went with the previous seen cheeses, technically making it a 4 cheese blend. There is also some extra goat cheese there on the plate because it tastes delicious, thus bumping it up to 5 cheese. Including the cottage cheese in the pastry, this is a succulent six cheese meal

A lower temp would allow for more time in the oven for the center to get cooked before the bottom becomes more browned. If OP cooked at a higher temp then it would have let to either a burned crust with a more cooked middle or a less cooked middle with the same level of browning on the crust.
