Should I go full autismmaxxing and just eat one thing only?
>>22072846unless you plan on eating breast milk, no you shouldn't.
With ADHD it’s the opposite. I constantly have to switch foods because i get bored and start craving something different. Truly jin and jang.
>>22072846>unbreadedthat shouldn't need to be said. chicken is naturally not breaded
>>22072943frozen chicken products being breaded is the norm
>>22072846This is how you get scurvy, OP. Hell, just look at that dude. He clearly has scurvy.
>>22072846unless you're actually autistic, no. you will genuinely want to kill yourself after a few weeks or so.
>>22072943chicken naturally has feathers, do they need to label this as 'feather free'?
>>22072846Wish I could, I would eat cheese burgers. But fuck I have food fatigue syndrome. Breakfast has been hard for two months because I want to vomit thinking of eggs and I love eggs. White meat chicken and pork has also been hard. >>22072943I'm more pissed they call the chicken burgers. Leave that stupid brit speak over there. It's a chicken patty, filet or breast.
I once made pancakes every day for a month
i've been eating ham and cheese sandwiches every day for lunch for years now. multiple co-workers have commented on it. i'm not autistic albeit.
>>22073016But you are a redditor.
>>22073007no, it's frozen chicken. i've never bought frozen chicken with feathers

>>22072846there is no such thing as a chicken burger because it's not made from ground beef.read it again, let it sink in.

I looked for that all walmart but couldn't find it, only butterball frozen turkey burgers, which weren't bad, but I also have adhd and keep buying other shit my freezer is literally crammed full of shit because I keep buying more perishable shit that I need to eat before I can eat my freezer shit so maybe I have autism too?
>>22073269Chicken Burger, the meat is ground and shaped into a patty.Chicken Sandwich, the meat is made from a whole chicken breast that is not ground up.
>>22073207Honestly you probably could if you added one homemade freshly juiced veggie/fruit drink a day. Probably why I get food fatigue, my body is telling me to seek other food.
>>22072846Damn that would be some decent bachelor slop
>>22073287You attempt that logic, but retards will still call a chicken sandwich with a filet a burger. >Burger, short for hamburger. >Hamburger is a play on words in reference to the Hamburg Steak. >The Hamburg steak is ground beef shaped into a pattie and typically served with onions and gravy or brown sauce originating from Hamburg Germany. >When the all beef patty from a hamburg steak is placed upon a bun it becomes the hamburger. When any form of chicken is placed upon a bun, it's a chicken sandwich. Fun fact to, meatloaf is ground beef, but with added ingredients. When you add that to a bun it becomes a meatloaf sandwich.
>>22073308Oh, don't try to convince us about your logic. Contact all the stores and restaurants that sell chicken burgers.
>>22073013
>>22073287The chicken "burgers" I grew up with were basically chicken nuggets shaped like patties. Heavily breaded, mystery chicken or mechanically separated meat or whatever. I've never had an actual burger made from good ground chicken, but it's worth a try. I make ground chicken chili all the time but never thought to make some burger patties.
Eat one thing as OMAD or multiple times per day? As long as you get the nutrients you need and you're satisfied it doesn't really matter.
>>22073308The first "burger" as we know it was offered as a "hamburger sandwich"
I did some research on this.Nutritionally speaking, you can survive almost entirely on potatoes. If you want to autismmaxx and only eat one thing, mashed potatoes is one of your best choices. You can easily add in butter, cheese, peas, herbs, beans, bacon bits, garlic for variety. It's almost nutritionally complete, it's just low in protein which you can supplement with toppings like beans, bacon, eggs or sardines. Potatoes are a good source of Vitamin C also, so no scurvy!
>>22072943Chicken patties are breaded most of the time, so the unbreaded variant is noteworthy. Also if he's autistic, it's worth pointed out that it's unbreaded since they have a reputation of liking breaded chicken products. It appears that he changed his diet not because he wanted to but because Walmart no longer sells the unbreaded chicken patty variant.

>>22072846As an autist, it's the only way I know how to eat. Same thing almost every single day. It's usually the same dinner, but there's two others I'll make occasionally.
>>22073350You only need potatoes and milk.
>>22073350whenever I eat a meal of only potatoes I feel like I'm gonna pass out an hour later from the drop in blood sugar
>>22072846just make your food into kibble if you want to go full autismo
>>22073308>but with added ingredients. When you add that to a bun it becomes a meatloaf sandwichA hamburg steak also has added ingredients, retard.
