Slice it thin.
Toast it into rusk
Strawbchoconilla ice cream.
Refreeze a bit for the rusk to re-soften (it absorbs moisture from the ice cream)
Consume.

I've not actually done this but it seems like s good idea. Just watch the oven. You don't want it to get too brown when you toast it

Kinda got it right but the answer is Ice-Cream.

You slice the banana bread, then put it in the toaster or toaster oven to warm it.

Then you scoop ice cream on top and eat.
