What is your favorite regional pizza style? For me, it’s Regina or “Greek” pizza. Known for its sweet, spicy sauce, stacked deli meats, and a thick, heavy layer of browned cheese, all cut into squares.
this pizza is ready to settle down
>>22073299>stacked deli meats>all cut into squaresatrocious
>>22073299i got a friend in regina ,plays banjo in a band.i'll have to ask him about the pizza up there.
For me, it's gotta be Vern's.
>>22073299BOSTON BABEH!!
>>22073299It's called toppings not underlyings. Stop putting toppings under the cheese.1/10
>>22073299Looks not only delicious but a far healthier protein to carb ratio.
>>22073299Moved from Regina to Vancouver, miss this stuff so bad
Hilarious how Midwits think they run this board.
>>22073351Same here. Sometimes I get pizza from Viva Sue Pizza in Burnaby for some heavy pizzas that are kinda like Regina pizza. Whenever I go back to Regina to visit for the holidays I always get a pizza.
>>22073381I'll have to stop by Viva Sue, although that's a bit out of the way. Just one picture and I'm starving, god damn.
>>22073388Yep it's good pizza, hits the spot when I am craving for a heavy pizza with lots of toppings!
>>22073299Chicago deep dish is critically underrated.
>>22073381>>22073388>>22073393>>22073394>>22073394jFag fucking central

>>22073299New Haven style.
>>22074043revolting
Anything but Rhode island or Altoona.
>>22073327This is bullshit. Tried it at home, multiple times, tastes better with cheese as the final topping. Sorry you suck.
I wish this would expand beyond Taco Bell.
>>22073299Thas how wee do it in fukken BAHSTON YO. Fuck da sixers your mas pussy smells like maaaaaaaad trash yo!
>>22073299I've talked about this a few times on this board. No one repliedI'm going to Regina in July to visit family. Will definitely visit South Albert St's Western PizzaThey have booths inside too. Visit each yearly visit
Probably Detroit Style. Which I ironically have eaten the most while in the panhandle of Nebraska. Biggest regional variation being there was normally served with a side of sauerkraut. My grandparents lived there so I visited one of their pizza joints pretty frequently that specialized in it. Especially in the summer Sadly, that place is out of business now, and I have no relatives left there. It wasn't even great pizza. But I miss it so damn much.
>>22075985Is that Canada? I'm sick of the retards ITT who think OPs pizza is Boston's Pizzeria Regina.
>>22076032Yeshttps://maps.app.goo.gl/rrbYazA8TZREjFgcA
>>22073299its been many years but i used to live next to a Grazianos Pizza and they had this sandwich made using pizza crust. it was pretty good
That looks pretty fucking good, just wish lunch meat want terrible for you
>>22075977You can get a stupid kit at the grocery store and make your own nowadays. Thank fuck they have chalupa shells there, too. I moved to a place that has the worst Taco Bell in existence.
notice how nobody is saying any dumbass italian pizza style
>>22075994>served with a side of sauerkraut. That is pretty unique, do you ever still have pizza with sauerkraut on the side?
For me, it's the Quad-Cities.
>>22076742where?
>>22076452Nah. Honestly, I hated the sauerkraut. I was young and it was too pungent for me. But don't let that stop you from trying it. Pretty sure that part of Nebraska has a really strong German heritage, so that's why it became popular. For context, runzas are also popular in that region. They're kind of stuffed cabbage/beef bun with a titular fast food franchise, so finding sauerkraut in weird places is kind of expected there.Runzas are pretty good, those I recommend trying for sure.
