Can pastries n cakes b a part of a healthy diet?
>>
if eaten sparingly sure

Not only that, but it is nutritionally superior to extreme exclusion diets;
it is especially superior psychologically and emotionally.

Bonus points if homemade, multi-grain, sourdough etc

I eat them (almost) every day

If you're asking, then no and you can never have them again. Tough luck, anon.

how long have you done daily cakes and pastries?
are you fat?
how many extra hours of cardio and day are you willing to do?
>>
>>22073522
This is a fool's errand, an hour of cardio would barely cover a slice of cake. If OP got very strong then his BMR would be higher from feeding muscle tissue and he would be burning more calories with weight training, but either way you can't exercise your way out of a calorie surplus when you're talking about such decadent things. OP would be better off picking days when he eats calorie-low, nutrient-high food and then makes up the difference with a tasty treat.

During my diet I had this rule, if I wanted to eat something, I had to make it myself.

A colleague responded: "I don't want to bake cookies each time I feel like eating some".
Little did he know, that was the entire point.

i genuinely think its fine if your meals are well structure
when i was trying to gain weight, i usually eat really healthy and tracking everything then added an ice cream on top of it
>>
No, it's over for you. They're not called PASTries for nothing.

how about regular exercise instead? they are basically fat and sugar so they are fuel in a pretty package
