Here's my breakfast I ate earlier. There was milk in the cup. I have already drunk my glass of orange juice and gonna work on my glass of apple juice using the same cup. Down to my last ice cream sandwich. Trying out the new french onion lays chips, finishing off my yogurt, had a chicken sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich from costco, three slices of Hungry Howies 'za(duo pep', pep' and sau', and cp), and my orange.

Really but the "sweet bread" in "pan dulce". Next week I'm gonna try donuts. Speaking of which, I have a chocolate donut with peanuts to go eat. I have been fasting six days a week, every week, drinking only water and only eating on Sundays since Lent started in February. I weighed 220 this morning and I expect to be at 230 by tonight. I've lost 100 lbs and have 60 more pounds to go for my goal weight of 160. I'm not upset I didn't lose more weight, I'm just so glad and grateful to finally be "overweight" instead of "obese". In 40 lbs, I'll be normal again.

>>22075298Definitely going to finish my fish soup. It tastes so delicious. I'll probably get through half the chili. I actually left it on too long the first time without stirring it and it burned. I'm still tasting the charred flakes. I'm gonna toss whatever I don't finish today since it's been about a month or two since I first cooked it and this is the second or third time I've tried to finish it.
