Anyone ever cooked with lemon verbena?  No.22075575 Archived
It's got a great lemon smell, with more herbal tones. But I've never seen any recipes call for it. I feel like it could be great for desserts, like lemon pies, ice cream, or homemade soda.

Usually we brew tea with it, added to mint.
I've made sorbet with it as well, and it came out nice, but I prefer lemon or lime.
