>>22075953I think pizza needs the tomato sauce to help cut through the richness of the mozzarella. I've had a few different variations on pizza without it, but I find if they use a pizza amount of cheese then each bite gets heavier and I'll usually give up halfway through the slice. Flatbreads are kino tho.

I make mine by mixing heavy cream, parmesan, mozzarella, roasted garlic and a ton of black pepper. Then on the top I put dollops of caramelized onions.
