IDK if anyone remembers but i posted a few weeks ago about getting my first big boy cooking job as a sou chef/ manager. It's like industrial big scale cooking...kind of. Anyway, I was interviewed last week by a literal panel of people. It was fucking insane, the most intense interview process I have ever had. They want me BUT, the next phase. Which i was totally unaware of, I have to cook a 4 meal course in front of another panel of people. Any words of advice?

This job is life changing so it freaks me out. I just have to use the skills ive aquired to, just do it. Properly. Idk man im still nervous at the end of the day but i think i can do it. I should text the main guy to ask him about that. Have an invoice made up for your services when you go. Personal chef 4 course meal for a group should be a nice profit. $200 per person easy.
