Can we have a Korean food thread? I'll start us off with the Korean dongass, a bread pork cutlet.

This dish is called Hweh (회) and is made by slicing uncooked fish in thin chnks.

There's a place near me that does Korean food in a sort of cafeteria style. They make it fresh daily then put it out in containers and you buy a la carte. Bulgogi, glass noodles, all that stuff. It's not exceptional but it's good and reasonably priced.
>>
Kek, they have a food called dongass? You can't make this stuff up

This is sashimi.

I think you're pulling my leg and just posting Japanese dishes while pretending they're Korean.

Korean is such an ugly language
Everything is pronounced like you're in the middle of being strangled to death
>>
>>22084967
Actually Korean is the older culture and the Japanese come from Koreans and Chinese who settled the Japanese islands
>>
>>22083954
>beloved

sure, lol
>>
>>22085061
I know. They just keep writing that.
>>
I think a major characteristic of Korean cuisine is recipes that use kimchi or sweet-and-spicy seasonings to marinate ingredients—would you agree?
>>
>>22085686
Makes it even more grim that their food is just japanese food with processed cheese slices on top
>>
>>22086243
That’s a fair observation
>>
>>22083901
>cut of dongass
