As someone who lacks an appetite what is a food that I can eat in under 30 minutes, that is affordable, which has a calorie content of more than +1000kcals, and has an acceptable amount of fibre? The following foods are excluded; anything sweet, including milk, frozen pizza (ordering pizza everyday costs way too much), garlic bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, chips, anything made from potatoes, sweet potatoes, couscous, lasagne, any sort of nuts (walnuts, pine nuts, cashew nuts etc.), oatmeal(even with water I'm allergic) and there might be more but I can't remember. Yes this is a legitimate problem I have. Also don't suggest liquid calories since I have to go straight to the toilet after that.

If you're looking for pure calories just start adding olive oil to everything you can eat (If appropriate)
>>
>>22085676
I did that in the past at night when I needed to finish off my calories and now every time I smell olive oil I feel like throwing up. Also olive oil in large quantities can be really bad for your blood stream.
>>
>>22085675
There is no sausage biscuit where I live and a Mcdouble costs €4.59($5.23) each which amounts to only 800kcals for 2. I used go get 2 double quarters since they were the best price for protein but nowadays they're way too expensive. Fast food is way too expensive.

A large bag of haribo gummi bears is 4 dollars for 1600 calories.

Eat nuts, fresh sprouted hard red wheat berries cooked lightly blended with dates and a pat of butter, carrots roasted with butter and maple syrup cooked in batches ahead of time and frozen in portions, panini anything with roasted red peppers, zucchini and squash marinated in Italian dressing and roasted drizzled in garlic butter.

wait that's not enough calories... add cheese and sour cream and your favorite hot sauce or salsa
>>
>>22085736
if you want more protein replace sour cream with non-fat greek yogurt
>>
>>22085685
No sweet stuff and that has literally no fibre. Also I'm not trying to become diabetic and I don't live in the US.
>>
>>22085734
Are you stupid? I'm not trying to lose weight. You need more than 2.2lbs of black beans to reach 1000kcals.
>>
>>22085672
add protein powder and metamucil to mayonnaise

Why don't you go back to /fit/ and ask them?
>>
>>22085672
Realistically, you need some kind of liquid calories especially if you have no appetite. It's much easier to force yourself to drink than it is to eat. With all your exclusions the best I could really give you is making a think, savory drink with masa. I suppose if you make it really thick it could be more like a porridge than a drink. A cup or two of masa with some when or collagen and maybe some liquid fat could easily get you to 1000 calories in a relatively nutritionally balanced form.

Make it the Greek way, herbed with bread. Or have it on chicken n Parmesan salads with balsamic n avocado.

What else is good with olive oil...

Just dip them in psylum husk + citric acid mixture.
Make your own gummies with low sugar or sugar alternatives... Done.

Great now they have zero calories.

>>22085718
I didn't want to believe it at first but it's true. Unless it cost a small fortune and it's in a small dark brown glass bottle, it's not the good shit
>>
>>22085992
no hes just a picky eater that wants to feel special by telling people about his eating habits
avoid those people and your life will improve
>>
>>22085672
If you can’t have wheat, rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes, oats, or nuts then maybe something with corn meal. For example they sell bags of chicken or pork tamales at Costco.

Quinoa has great macros if you don’t mind prepping it yourself (and it contains a little ecdysterone if you’re a lifter)
>>
>>22085718
what the fuck are you talking about?
>>
>>22085672
Sorry to break it to you OP, but you're not meant to live.
Your life is artificially prolonged in modern society, it's like you're on a respirator in hospital care. It's not a natural life, just existing at this point. Is this really what you want? What you'd call living?
I get it, it's hard to just end it. But trust me, I worked with old people and they won't make the cut despite having accepted their imminent death. All that awaits is suffering, not really wanting to eat, not enjoying things life offers you, just worry, headache and an upset stomach.
There's a decision here, anon.
Make the right one.

You need to start eating Amy's Organic Chili. I'm a hungry skeleton trying to gain weight, and I started eating two cans per day which is just over 1K calories. There's a low sodium version too, and it meets most of your requirements.

Why is he still so sad and gay even though he has all those gains?
