What percentage of people do you reckon don't know how to cook enough to make their own food regularly?
>>
i read that men make up 48% of the population so around that
>>
>>22086188
Large masses of men around the world, especially in the middle east and India, still expect women to do everything around the house including cooking. That, plus a chunk of incompetent women, and if you want to be pedantic counting babies and children too, I'd say 80% of people can't cook for shit.
>>
>>22086188
10% or less of adults, and that number is carried by brain-damaged or genuinely retarded individuals. The food won't be good but if they absolutely had to do it then the people you picture in your head as being clueless in the kitchen could subsist off dogshit they throw on a skillet with no oil and too-high heat.
People in this thread will inflate that number to a ridiculous degree because they do not recognize that incredibly bad cooking is still cooking.

The people I had in mind when I typed that that I've seen scorch ground turkey on a skillet with hot sauce sure could have used some.

You're trying too hard to bait with the anime pic and a mod will probably just delete your post because of the camel toe, you flew too close to the sun methinks.
I'd explain why it would have been an advantage for them to use oil with such lean meat but you aren't actually asking.

It is an anime website but that doesn't mean you aren't utilizing anime to try to round out your obvious bait post by riling up the election tourists here.
Have a nice day.

I think it’s more people don’t know or haven’t learned kitchen safety. When I was a kid I learned the hard way that you shouldn’t cover oil while heating it, ruined a pan too. And you won’t believe the sorts of accidents adults in college have when trying to cook. Lots of little things which you learn just by the going through the motions of cooking which people who cook treat as “common sense”.

You are retarded. Not only non-stick is toxic for you if you scratch it or put it to extreme heat (which the risk isn't you fucking it up but retarded friends ot family ruining it and ignore you despite explaining it to them) but you still need oil to fry shit. Unless you are using rendered fat from meat to cook the vegetables or god forbid you are just boiling shit with water then you need oil. The purpose isn't just to keep food from sticking to the pan.

Defos bait, regular people don't make garbage opinions like this.

this entire board is male. you are male.

OP didn't say of this board
>>

lmao
The lesbian couple down the street and their seven year old had brunch at ours a month ago (or so; I could check the texts if anybody really gives a shit) and one of them actually said "yeah, we bought our house because of how close it is to so many great restaurants!"
Which I guess explains why they bring Costco mini quiches to the courtyard cookouts lol
Meanwhile, my wife and I cook the vast majority of our meals ourselves.
>>
>>22086563
I wonder which lesbian gave birth to the kid. Or if both of them just birthed half.
>>
>>22086188
69.420%
>>
>>22086439
A fine analysis.
But what would you say if we focused on first world adults? Excluding "migrants"
>>
>>22086609
I'm fine with bait, not bait that doesn't even bother to attempt to argue at all. Why are you wasting our time.
>>
>>22086615
the heat of the oil cooks the food
>>
>>22086188
If they can't feed themselves they aren't people.
>>
>>22086620
Oil cooks the food more effectively letting it cook the inside better and the outside crispy. This is why it's bait because if he relied on the pure heat of the pan for his food, that means basically everything he probably made would of tasted garbage this entire time.
>>
>>22086188
I know how to cook, I'm just depressed and lazy
>>
>>22086572
The average Timmy can't cook for shit
>>
>>22086188
By "make their own food regularly" are you talking about mostly from scratch? I think there's a lot of people that don't know how to cook, but also a lot of people that can't be bothered to cook.

>>22086567
>Or if both of them just birthed half.
Not so clever now Solomon
>>
>>22086439
>men around the world, especially in the middle east and India, still expect women to do everything around the house including cooking
that has nothing to do with op's question.
those dudes know how to cook, they get a wife so they can do other work and not be concerned with food.
women really can't fathom how men think.
women a helpmeet to us.
whatever women can do to help us with our work is what we care about them for.
taking care of the house means we don't have to so we can focus on building technology to further humanity.
women view men as a resource, men view women as second in command.
>>
>>22086471
>why would you need oil these days
flavor, anon.
it's about flavor.
it's never been about anything but flavor.
>>
>>22086480
>anime website
this is the bait part the other anon was talking about, anon.
