How about better stock? Is it just the ones in the US that suck in terms of what they have available for sale?
I want terrible selections and prices
>>22087621So harsh. Aldi has mediocre-to-bad selections and mediocre prices, and that's pretty good in 2026.
>>22087631i will stand by their chocolate, you wont get better chocolate in another grocery store (quality and value)
>>22087602I want my youthful vigor back. Do they sell that? DO THEY?

Chicken. It's the only place in town where I can buy certified humane chicken breasts for under $6/lb or whole chickens for under $3/lb. The large organic spring mix lettuce containers and herbs are also cheaper than anywhere else around here.
>>22087638Continuing my thought. Basically anything around the outside of the store (produce, dairy, eggs, chicken, fish, some frozen) that isn't already prepared is a good candidate. The stuff in the middle I don't really bother with. Except canned tuna. They have sustainably caught skipjack in water for a good price. Something like $1.15/can.

>>22087602my Aldi has been out of knockoff LaCroix the last 3 times I went and it's making me REALLY angry
>>22087642this
>>22087614>>22087621Good so its not just me. I had to go to a different grocery store because my Aldi didnt have basil for fuck sake.
>>22087602As many things as I can I hold because I ain't paying for a cart.
>>22087733I like using my least favorite quarter for a cart then switching them out at the checkout and hoping for a better quarter.
>>22087614This is my experience, half price organic avacados? Awesome, too bad they rot while still rock hard.
>>22087602For her to come back
>>22087614Nope. I'm a Brit and the produce is shit compared to other supermarkets. Still, it is about half the price of the local Morrisons.
>>22087752>too bad they rot while still rock hard. This with various forms of produce is why I stopped shopping at Aldi. I don't even understand how it's possible.
>>22087602Incomprehensible European sandwich made from fish, chocolate and dried moss.
