Ive made uzbek style plov with carrots and whole garlic many times. One of my favorite meals ever. I made a manty soup recipe once. It seemed pretty mid. Maybe it was just a bad recipe or i didnt do it right thouhg.

yeah it's not exactly a top 10 world cuisine or anything but it is tasty. The breads and dumpling things are nice, plov is decent but kinda a worse version of biryani, they have a good noodle dish along the lines of laghmen/lamian too
