I cant get enough to eat lately, I pretty much eat something every hour im up. Yesterday I ate 3 packets of ramen, a quart and a half of ice cream, 3 hot dogs, potato salad, a can of chili, popcorn, and a bagel with cream cheese.
I use to be a bread eater but now I am healthy. Meat, seafood and dairy. Just shake things up within those groups and you'll live your best life.
on gluttonous days it's something like this, one meal for the day, consumed over about 3 hours:>salad: 400 g. tomato, some olive oil, about 200 grams of feta>cold cuts: 100 grams>main course (roasted): one kilo of potatoes (raw weight) , two chicken drumsticks, two chicken thighs, two chicken wings (both halves)>bread: about 200 grams, baguette>drink: 700 ml of vodka, one liter of beer>dessert: 150 grams of ice cream
