>>22098380soup? marinate and fry?
>>22098385>marinate and fry?Not possible with silken, I don't think. >>22098380How are your knife skills? If good, Make chrysanthemum tofu and serve it in a cold broth. It's nice in dongchimi brine.https://www.youtu.be/O0VIvpw_L6o
>>22098380Low calorie protein ranchBuy ranch packet and blend it with the silken tofu. Taste almost identical but has half the calories and a good amount of protein. Sauces in general are really good with silken tofu. Look up any greek yogurt/sour cream sauce recipe and just replace it with the silken tofu.
>>22098380Mapo doufuFry it up with ground pork and spicy bean sauceOr use it like eggs and make an omelette or scrambled tofuServe with rice, sesame and chilli oil Yum
>>22098380Return it for a full refund and then replace it with firm tofu.
>>22098380Mapo Tofu. You'd have to be super ginger with the less dense cubes though. As an aside props to East Asians for having so many delicious dishes are always "fun" to eat.
Make miso soup

>>22098380eat it chilled with jam
>>22098432This is the only acceptable Tofu dish.
eat it! my favourite way to eat good silken tofu is raw. i make a dressing of soy sauce, sesame oil, something acidic (mirin or vinegar or even lime juice is quite good), and something for some pungency, garlic or chilli or ginger in some combination. score the tofu so the dressing gets into it, then pour over the top. if you have things like bonito or sesame seeds or furikake etc that can be nice sprinkled on top. you can mix things like shredded carrot into the dressing if you want to give the tofu some more texture or body, and the carrot will absorb some of the flavour which is nice. serve it with rice and some veggies
cram
>>22098380Like other anons have said, just make Mapo Tofu, or add it to Miso soup.
>>22099016You could've just said hiyayakko.

>>22099016Made this based on what I thought your post said. Without double checking. It's alright I guess. Should probably have let it marinate.
