It's not the handsomemost dish but stir fried cabbage with dried chillis, garlic, soy cause, and black vinegar.

Needs to be done over flames on steel (rather than non-stick over induction) but still very delicious.

Sour kraut n shaved cabbage or steamed cabbage have their places, brussel sprouts are just mini cabbages. Cole slaw sneaks into bbq dishes often too.
And Asian style salad always is mostly cabbage.
