>>22099480My pasta e fagoli
>>22099490I'll bet every pasta you make is "e fagoli"
>>22099492it’s usually macaroni and cheese
>>22099495Love a good macaroni and cheese. Do you do any kind of crunchy topping like broiling some breadcrumbs or such?
>>22099490looks good, cheese is a vital part of a good pasta e fagoli>>22099503never had that thought, how would one go about thatt?
>>22099490Do you suck it through the tube?
>>22099509Dunno how others do it, but I'd just combine some bread crumbs with (dried) herbs, maybe some garlic and a little olive oil/butter, spread it on top of the macaroni and choose and put it in the oven either at like 375 to 400 °F, or under the broiler until it gets browned and crispy.
>>22099520i will try that when i make mac and cheese next timez sounds good
>>22099480Beautiful looking sauce, would eat then pass out>>22099490>mfw hearty pasta dish with dipping breadstick

My dinner for the last 3 days, I wanted to try Chef John's trick for an easier spaghetti and meatballs using cubed up sweet Italian sausage simmered for a few hours, but instead of using jarred marinara I improvised something somewhat adjacent to al segreto sauce (strained tomatoes, onions, garlic, white wine, basil, oregano, Italian parsley, crushed red peppers, a ton of butter). It was alright. I should have bought better quality links though, they were kind of tough.
>>22099480>i am gay and made pasta with smoked pork and cognac, show me your cock faggot.ftfy
>>22099480I ate this pasta at a nepo baby's apartment.
>>22099639B)
>>22102169looks rich
>>22099692I’m so sick of marinara. Pasta and marinara is revolting after 4 bites and no amount of Parmesan can help that.
Seafood pasta Alfredo. Has lobster and scallops and shrimp. Didn't make it myself
>>22099513this question made me smile
>>22099831Sucks about the links but your pasta looks yummy>>22102771Which pasta sauce? I almost had rotini today>>22102836I bet it’s delicious but I like when alfredo sauce has some species in it (black from pepper or green from herbs)
>>22103067>Which pasta sauce? I almost had rotini todayjust some jarred pasta sauce, nothing amazing.rotini is my favorite
beginner making pasta :-)>>22099480that looks creamy and awesome
I can't for the life of me made a good spaghetti sauce. It's always just so boring.
>>22099480>show me your pasta dishes.Make me
>>22103787If you're looking for something a bit more intense and you love onions / french onion soup, I can't recommend Genovese sauce enough. It's pretty easy to make, but it takes a long ass time to simmer (10ish hours). imo nothing beats it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2TJMqmscRS8
