I tip them well before I ask for them and they always hook it up with plenty. I like to sample everything. Only do this at busy trucks though. Not your small town one that you don't see a lot of people at. Because who knows which meat is really unpopular and may not be fresh? I usually want to trust places not to even chance shit like that, but I usually err on the side of caution.

This is my go to mexican truck. It's in a hispanic neighborhood and I'm usually the only white person in line and because of that they all recognize me and hook me up with extra salsa or pastor and one time they even gave me this really cool Mexican hot chocolate drink for free. I try to speak Spanish with them but they're always polite and will go back to English and they can tell that I don't understand. Overall it's really nice and I only pay $10 for a giant Al Pastor Quesadilla. Maybe you should try not being shut in racist piece of shit sometime and you might enjoy life more.

Fantastic family has a permanent trailer setup in an old warehouse district down the street from me, they bicycle over every morning. Their torta is great & they usually throw in a taco or two.Miss the old birria truck near me though, they got ran off by the railroad for being too close & had to move away from walking distance.
