I have a potpurri that seems to work. the ash-Rwanda stuff I'm not sold on but apparently you have to take it regularly for at least a couple weeks to start getting results and I'm no disciplined with it

Turns out? It's not made from bears at all. It just makes rats sleepy.

it's wild that nobody has invented healthy sleeping drugs

the problem is sedation doesn't actually trigger sleep cycles, and sleep is for mental and physical regeneration and repair. it's a fine line finding a way to get to sleep but also not interfere with the sleep process itself.

this is why my weekend drinking is killing me. I'll sleep hours into the day and I'm still totally fatigued at work on mundy because I haven't really slept a'tall

Do you plan on contributing how "the Amish do it" or do you just wanna revel in your superiority over internet strangers on a Mongolian goat cheese critique forum?

Sleepytime tea just doesn't work for me. One time I mixed a cocktail of sleepy time tea extra strength, unisom capsule, warm glass of milk, and some turkey breast in a grilled cheese for dinner. I was awake all night.

One time I unintentionally stayed up all night on an ambien (I had a prescription at the time). I was fucking miserable that following day.

I didn't really sleep after drinking alcohol either, turns out that's a GABA receptor inhibitor that prevents the hormone from keeping you asleep. If I drink I fall asleep quickly, but generally wake up about 3-4 hours later and simply cannot fall asleep again.
My best remedy for a decent night sleep are Delta 8 gummies. Hybrid or indica, I get a solid 7-8 hours uninterrupted restful sleep. Zero dreams however. I'm not sure if that's good or not, but at least the sleepwalking and night terrors are eliminated with them too. I just lost my job so I have to give them up for a month pending a piss test from a potential employer. I hate boomers for requiring that shit.

I love having vivid dreams. Assuming they're aren't just traumatizing nightmares which is pretty rare. Crazy dreams are exciting and those quiet moments waking up late at night after or between dreams is so peaceful
>>

My sleep is so fucked I'm tempted to start doing this
>>
I might double bag it tonight not sure yet I might be to lazy to cook the stuff
>>
>>22102582
they make some of those gummies specifically for sleeping now and they apparently work
>>
The taste and smell of chamomile tea is very nostalgic for me since my mom made me drink it a lot back when I was a kid so I would go to sleep early for school.
>>
>>22102810
Not for me, I have awful dreams of like my parents dieing or being in car accidents.
>>
One time I let it steep for like 40 minutes and it made my tongue numb.
>>
>>22101501
Not worth it. Only works until it doesn't then you need more and more. Anyways at least the rehab I went to was nice. Good food, got to keep my phone, pickleball etc.
