No, it's about having it IN Chicago, in an old neighborhood pizzeria. Preferably someplace that was open then and could conceivably be the same place. I'm going to track down a place that makes the pizza in the way he described from some old recipe. There must be a dozen places claiming to be the birthplace of deep dish pizza.
