I always go in and order properly from the counter. Then sit back, relax and read the paper or read my telephone. I mean. It's a 5 second walk inside where there is A/C and or heat and certain foods don't do well on the 40 minute drive home. Anyone who bitches about being asked to pull forward has never worked a real job. They have no concept of how a business functions or even how a simple line functions. When you order 5 combos and 3 banana splits and the car behind you orders a small fry why do you think it's a good idea to have you sitting there blocking the line while the next 3 orders go cold? Pulling forward isn't getting you your order any faster or slower. The food still gets made in the order it was taken. But it takes a lot longer to finish your order vs the next one so obviously it makes sense to move you forward so the fast order can go out while yours is being completed.
