For example, "radicool" in that ad doesn't translate to every language. And when you try to do wordplay in every language, somebody will eventually mess up and make a racial slur or insane sacriligious expression. So the safest ad worldwide is Chester holding the bag of Cheetos and smiling in a vague nonoffensive way.
