Great Value is a crapshoot, but mostly crap just like most other brands. I recommend their potato ships, which are $1.50 or $2 for 8 oz kettle cooked.

Walmart generic stuff is fine, their generic gnocchi is imported from Italy and has the same ingredients in the same order as the fancy $6 a pack stuff. At my local store - in the middle of nowhere - it's $1.29 a pack.If you're buying name brand you're supporting globohomo twice - once through Walmart, and another time for the globohomo brand.
