>>22105122You have to be at least 18 to post here, kid.
>>22105023Pretty much every way. Not a huge fan of over hard eggs or hard boiled (plain not salad etc) but will still eat them. I love me some over medium eggs with toast or rice, nothing better.
>>22105125Well I was born before 2000
>>22105023Soft boiled, ten eggs everyday. That's how I eat my eggsWhat i like though is, 5 eggs, scrambled in ghee
Hard scrambled diner style tossed with crispy hash browns and some kind of meat protein with Tabasco. Runny eggs gross me out.

>>22105389Heh. You got me. Im gonna go to bed now.
>>22105403i love you egg
>>22105023Pretty much anywayAnd my favorite is poached over smoked salmon
>>22105023Basted with boiling water sunny side up. Apply seasoning post-cook so it actually stays where I put it. Alternatively if I am using more ingredients than just eggs - scrambled with heavy cream, salt, pepper, and the slightest amount of cinnamon with mushrooms, peppers, and onion.
>>22105023Texture wise, thai “omlettes” are my favorite>beat the egg (they often add fish sauce, scallion, chilis, other things)>good amount of oil, high heat>the second you put the eggs in and the curd forms, scrape them off to one side.>Put the liquid side back in the heat, repeat
plain, sunny side up no oil or butter or anything. plain eggs on a nonstick surface
4 eggs poached medium. Gotta have a little bit of vinegar in the water. Drain them COMPLETELY once cooked. No leftover water at the bottom of the bowl. While still hot mash in a TBSP of salted butter and sea salt and pepper to taste.
>>22105176I'm feeling pinched financially these days and eggs are great so I would go that route if I had to. Thankfully I have access to cheap local produce as well so that helps a lot. I would like to have a nice Ribeye at least once a week but I'm at once a month now. Pork and chicken go on sale more often than beef so I'm still eating ok.
>>22105457Nice technique, saved.
fertilized saar
Over easy. Fried in clarified butter, A side absolutely blackened with fresh cracked pepper, yolk lightly salted (iodized, you plebs). When edges crisp, flip, 20 seconds: whites cooked, yolk runny. Enough red tabasco to drown a horse. Bacon for dippin’, toast to sop up the gore. It’s never over… easy…
>>22105023Spanking my chin, if you know what I mean
>>22105023Fertilized. Preferably in teenagers
>>22105023>How do you like your eggsPickled with chillies.

>>22105039The heat of the butt cooks the egg
>>22106780It gets hotter when you pull on it
I've had chickens for like 10 years and I've never tried boiling any of their eggs before, so tonight I tried it for the first time. I like it for the convenience of being able to do like a dozen at a time with little cleanup and store them for later. Plus you don't have to add any fat. But they don't really taste very appealing plain. I just ate two straight from the ice bath, are you supposed to warm them up a little? I assume most people add a little salt and pepper. How does /ck/ do it?
>>22106797>How does /ck/ do it?soft, on ramen
>>22106797>I just ate two straight from the ice bath,Don't use a bath, just run cold water over them for a bit right as they get out of the pot. (This will also help with peeling them evenly.) If you're looking for more flavour, halve each egg and crack salt and pepper over them. If you want even more, devil the yolks with mayonnaise.
