>stainless steel>stained??????
>>22105324more like: stain? less steel!also stop buying from the chinese store
>>22105324skill issue dum dum
>>22105324Kettles are stainless steel too and can get similarly stained by mineral buildup if your water is too hard. These sorts of stains usually come out with a bit of vinegar or citric acid and some good scrubbing.
>>22105324It's STAINLESS steel, not STAINNEVER steel. I don't see any red rust so it's certainly less
That's not a stain though it's the metal itself changing because of improper heating
congratulations. you just upgraded your pan to Damascus steel.
>>22105324That's from overheating, the chromium leaks.
>>22105324no.that's blued.
Is this good for you?
>>22105390Mommy has this in her kettles, should I throw them away?
>>22105478A little white vinegar should clean it off
>>22105480Does not seem to work... I guess I'm going to trash all of them and replace with cast iron with ceramic coating.
>>22105324just use plain vinegar get rid of that
>>22105324Oxidized, chef. Rub some lemon juice or vinegar on the pan. Anything acidic works.
>>22105324>stainedits notits tarnished
>>22105528Honestly, just cook a tomato dish in it.
>>22105324Brush a simple mixture of nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid on it for a minute or two, it'll take those stains right off
>>22105324overheating your pan is a skill issue. be better or pick another hobby
>>22105324stainless steel is about rust, retard. It doesn't rust without for example rust particles stuck on it from the dishwasher
>>22105491why? it's mineral buildup, it's basically aesthetic
>>22105462Case hardened, actually.
>>22105491>cast ironbiggest meme material. cast iron is just a worse variant of stainless steel
Every few months I give all my stainless steel a nice scrubbing with this stuff. Last time they were pretty bad and it took a few hours and multiple applications to get them like new, but it works. I also just keep steel wool on hand just to scrub bits off my stainless steel.
>>22105889i just wash mine after using them.if they ever get a bit cloudy just a sponge and vinegar fixes it.
>>22105904>i just wash mineThat's about the most feminine thing I've ever heardWhen I wake up in the morning my pans fucking STINK
