much like subway the actual footprint of a wingstop kitchen is fucking tiny which means they can fit inside other buildings and sublease a quarter of a gas station. this means their choices for where they can place a restaurant are incredibly higher than a standard restaurant. and they can put locations in areas without many other choices for very cheap and even if quality is low they will turn a profit because there aren't any other options.

There's a broasted (practically fried but better) chicken place by me that's cheaper and tastes better, but my coworkers still doordash wingstop. People literally get excited on the fee times I order, since it's usually from there and want in on it, but they never order it themselves. It's like it disappears from their mind as a possibility because it's not a fast-food chain
