I don't see a thread that is specifically about the Subway dining experience.I always wondered. What would happen if I asked for EVERY SINGLE INGREDIENT behind the glass on one sandwich and held up the line behind me for a good 15 minutes? Would that be a faux pas? Would my Subway etiquette be remiss? Would people get angry? And if so, where does it say I can't do that? Also, the obligatory>I don't understand people who complain about Subway. YOU made the sandwich
The worker would probably struggle to fit everything and you'd pay way too goddamn much for extra meat and cheese.
Subway: eat fresh!
>>22107671Never eat at Subway, except one time I tried going to one on a lunch break 5 years ago. I was like "Can I get the Italian sub?", they asked what do I want in it and I replied just whatever that comes with it and they told me it doesn't work that way and I have to tell them specifically what ingredients I want. Being already mentally beat up halfway through a shift I didn't want to look at a picture with my bad eyesight and deconstruct the pictured sandwich for this lazy piece of shit that's probably made 30 Italian subs that day so I ended up having a garbage lunch break eating gas station food.

>>22107671You'd have a sandwich drenched in 20 different sauces.
>>22107793Glad to see I'm brilliant enough to have come up with the same idea as the ingenious Tom Green.
>>22107671When I was 13 I biked to subway by myself and I ate a whole meatball 12in. As soon as I swallowed the last bite it all came out. I projectile vomited red meat sauce and a butt load of water. A large trail from my seat to the door, the door was covered as it kept coming up. I got outside where I emptied even more right by the driver side door of someone's car. It looked like a crime scene, there was so much marinara puke. I felt so sick and didn't know what to do so I just left.
>>22107694what are those brown patties?
>>22107691this. if you asked them to put every meat and cheese on your sandwich it'd end up being like 40 dollars. mostly you'd just be wasting money for a sandwich that's impossible to eat.
>>22107838I think that's falafel.
>>22107671
>>22107877Remember when they had the five dollar footlong? Remember how they almost declared bankruptcy because of it? Now you can't even get a six inch for less than five dollars.
>>22107877neither one of these pictured sandwiches looks good at all
>dining experience>Subway
>>22107883>anon learns how inflation works
>>22107885That's because it's Subway. A simple turkey and cheddar from Panera bread easily eclipses it, just because of the quality of the bread and ingredients. Hell, it's better than even Jersey Mike's.
>>22107890Back in my day, for that price I could go to the nickelodeon, get a root beer float, and still have change leftover for jerky and hardtack.
it is remarkable how a simple thing like adding your own high-quality olive oil and red wine vinegar (aka mike's way) can spruce up any sandwich. i just did this with a subway sub and the difference was like night and day. too bad mike's way is copyrighted, so subway will be forced to live in mike's shadow forever.
>>22107671the subway eggs frighten me
>>22107877it's mostly the jeet store owners penny pinching on ingredients>2 PIECES OF ONIONS>2 PICKELS>HALF HAND FULL OF LETTUCE>NOTHING MORE OR YOU PAY
>>22108174I was surprised they have something as exotic as falafel >>22107841 next, you will tell me they have real, non-imitation crab meat, as well. Is that on the secret menu? Do I just have to ask for it? This is all the more surprising considering their tuna isn't real tunahttps://www.foxbusiness.com/lifestyle/lab-tests-no-tuna-subway-sandwiches
>>22107877>>22108176>start new job>food options are pretty sparse in the area>settle on subway some days>get tuna sandwich usually, 6 inch>always get two scoops of tuna from old ladies working there>go in one day, order tuna>new teenager throws on one measly scoop and moves on>"Um, excuse me, the 6 inch tuna comes with two scoops">"no its one scoop">"Ive always gotten two scoops">"you can pay extra">"no it just comes with two scoops">"no its just one scoop">walk outwell it made me stop going to subway atleast
>>22107671>I don't see a thread that is specifically about the Subway dining experience.I wish it stayed that way.
>>22108178the flesh of creatures is priceychickpeas are not
>>22107671The station where the sandwich artist places the veggies is pretty quick even if you ask for everything, so you're not delaying too much.
>>22107671>I think am very smart but in reality am just an asocial asshole: the post
>>22107838It's not falafel, those are their vegetarian patty things, no clue what's in them. Getting every meat is impractical, but when I go I typically get them to put every one of the vegetable toppings and no one's ever cared. Once I saw two Indian girls order one six inch sub and then have it drenched with every single sauce. And they kept asking for more until it was like soup.
>>22107671it's the buddhist hot dog patron"make me one with everything"if any of you make a single $1 you gotta pay me $0.25
>>22108179had a job where district manager walked us around, and said "milk within 7 days? half price it, we want it out, i'd rather that money in the register"new store manager tells me to take $1 off and it'll sell "muscle emoji" we had to throw out 15 gallons of milk
>>22108179that seems highly against corporate policy. I don't think they are allowed to go below the minimum amount required per sandwich.
>>22107793Classic
>>22107877>have to say "can you spread that more evenly?" after every single fucking ingredientWhy are subway wagies so fucking incompetent now? And before you blame jeets they have white teenagers working at mine. White teenagers never used to be like this.
