It was incredibly unhealthy, I never got the actual nutrition info or calories, but this place served breaded wings that were actually really good, but their main thing was shellfish with sauce. i'd get a side of the spicy lemon sauce and dip the wings in it, the breading would soak it up, so bad.dry rubs can be good too, got a nasvhille one i put on everything
